ก่อนเราจะเก็บรวบรวมและ/หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนตัว เราจะอธิบายให้ท่านทราบว่าเราจะเก็บข้อมูลใดบ้าง จะประมวลผลข้อมูลที่ใด เหตุใดเราจึงเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว และวิธีการที่เราใช้ในการประมวลผลและ/หรือแผนการใช้งานข้อมูลนั้น และเราจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบสิทธิ์ของท่านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเก็บ การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน รวมถึงระยะเวลาที่เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านเอาไว้ ทั้งนี้ ถ้าท่านเป็นลูกจ้างหรือตัวแทนของลูกค้าหรือซัพพลายเออร์รายปัจจุบันหรือที่อาจเป็นในอนาคตของเรา ปกติแล้วเราจะเก็บรวบรวมเฉพาะข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่เราได้รับมาจากท่านหรือนายจ้างของท่านระหว่างการติดต่อสื่อสารกับเรา และจะใช้เพื่อจุดประสงค์ในการติดต่อสื่อสารดังกล่าวเท่านั้น

ท่านไม่มีภาระหน้าที่จะต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านแก่เรา อย่างไรก็ตาม ถ้าเราไม่ได้รับข้อมูลบางอย่างจากท่าน เราก็อาจจะไม่สามารถให้บริการของเราแก่ท่าน ลูกค้า หรือองค์กรที่ท่านเป็นตัวแทนได้

การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของเรา
เมื่อท่านแวะชมเว็บไซต์ของเรา รวมถึงแพลตฟอร์มและระบบที่เข้าถึงได้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ เราอาจจะเก็บข้อมูลโดยอัตโนมัติเกี่ยวกับตัวท่าน รวมทั้งรายละเอียดการเข้าถึง ไอพีแอดเดรส สถิติเว็บ และข้อมูลอื่นที่จำเป็นเพื่อทำให้เว็บไซต์และระบบต่างๆทำงานอย่างเหมาะสม

การเก็บข้อมูลจากบุคคลที่สาม
เมื่อมีเหตุผลสมควรและทำได้ เราจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจากท่านเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ถ้าท่านให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของบุคคลอื่นแก่เรา ท่านต้องยืนยันว่าท่านได้แจ้งให้บุคคลดังกล่าวทราบถึงเหตุผลที่ท่านให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของบุคคลนั้นแก่เรา และท่านได้ขอความยินยอมจากบุคคลดังกล่าวแล้วว่าจะให้ข้อมูลแก่เรา นอกจากนี้ ถ้าเราเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจากแหล่งข้อมูลของบุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน เราก็จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบชื่อและรายละเอียดอื่นของแหล่งข้อมูลของบุคคลที่สามนั้น

การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัว
ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านอาจจะถูกเปิดเผยได้ในหลายสถานการณ์ ดังต่อไปนี้:

  • ให้แก่ฝ่ายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรา รวมทั้งผู้รับเหมา ผู้ให้บริการและซัพพลายเออร์ที่เราใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินธุรกิจของเรา;
  • ให้แก่ลูกค้าและตัวกลางอื่นของเราที่อาจต้องมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจของเรา;
  • เมื่อท่านยินยอมให้ใช้งานหรือเปิดเผย; และ
  • เมื่อจำเป็นหรือได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมาย

นอกเหนือจากที่กล่าวมา เราจะไม่ขาย ค้า หรือถ่ายโอนข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน

การเปิดเผยและ/หรือถ่ายโอนข้อมูลไปนอกประเทศของท่าน
ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจะไม่ถูกนำไปเปิดเผยแก่บุคคลที่สามนอกกลุ่มบริษัท MATCHBOX Exchange ยกเว้นผู้ให้บริการที่ได้รับอนุญาตที่จำเป็นต้องประมวลผลข้อมูลเหล่านั้นเพื่อให้บริการที่ได้รับมอบหมายหรือแก่บุคคลที่สามที่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือที่จำเป็นต้องทำตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือการตัดสินใจของหน่วยงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต

เราดำเนินธุรกิจอยู่ในประเทศออสเตรเลีย สิงคโปร์ นิวซีแลนด์ และประเทศอื่น และในฐานะธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ขนส่งระดับโลก เราทำธุรกิจเป็นประจำกับลูกค้า ตัวกลาง และซัพพลายเออร์ทั่วโลก เราแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลต่างๆ เช่น ข้อมูลส่วนตัวกับองค์กรเหล่านี้เพื่อจุดประสงค์ที่ระบุอยู่ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ เราจะพยายามตามสมควรที่จะผลักดันให้ผู้รับข้อมูลส่วนตัวปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานเดียวกันกับที่ระบุอยู่ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อทำให้ท่านได้รับมาตรฐานความคุ้มครอง เพื่อให้การปกป้องที่เพียงพอแก่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน และให้ได้รับระดับความคุ้มครองไม่น้อยไปกว่าที่ท่านได้รับจากประเทศของท่าน ยกเว้นการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลที่อนุญาตหรือที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ระเบียบปกป้องข้อมูลทั่วไปของสหภาพยุโรป
ถ้าท่านเป็นพลเมืองของประเทศในสหภาพยุโรป (EU) หรือเราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัวเกี่ยวกับท่านจากแหล่งข้อมูลใน EU เรามุ่งหวังที่จะสร้างมาตรฐานการปกป้องความเป็นส่วนตัวที่กำหนดไว้โดยระเบียบการปกป้องข้อมูลทั่วไปของ EU (GDPR) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2018 นอกจากนี้ องค์กรใน EU ที่แบ่งปันข้อมูลบุคคลกับเรานั้นอาจกำหนดว่าเราต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน GDPR โดยทั่วไปแล้ว ความมุ่งมั่นของเราในนโยบายนี้จะสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด GDPR ที่ว่าด้วยการควบคุมข้อมูลบุคคล และเมื่อต้องทำ เราจะปฏิบัติตามภาระหน้าที่ GDPR อย่างเต็มที่ ถ้าท่านมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับสิทธิ์ของท่านหรือภาระหน้าที่ของเราเกี่ยวกับ GDPR กรุณาติดต่อเรา

การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนตัว
เนื่องจาก MATCHBOX Exchange ใช้ระบบประมวลผลข้อมูลแบบทั่วกลุ่มเพื่อประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนตัวเกี่ยวกับพนักงาน ผู้รับเหมา ตัวแทน ลูกค้า ผู้ขาย; ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านอาจ – ในบริบทที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการประมวลผลข้อมูล – ถูกเก็บและถ่ายโอนไปยังสถานที่ของกลุ่มบริษัท MATCHBOX Exchange และผู้ให้บริการของเราที่ตั้งอยู่นอกประเทศ ถ้าจำเป็น

เพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจากการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมทั้งการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้งาน เปิดเผย คัดลอก ปรับเปลี่ยน กำจัด หรือความเสี่ยงในทำนองเดียวกันนี้ เราได้เริ่มใช้มาตรการทางการบริหาร กายภาพ และเทคนิคที่จำเป็นและเหมาะสมต่างๆ อย่างเช่น การปกป้องด้วยโปรแกรมป้องกันไวรัสที่อัปเดตแล้ว การเข้ารหัส และการใช้ฟิลเตอร์ความเป็นส่วนตัวเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของการเก็บรักษาและถ่ายโอนข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดของเรา นอกจากนี้ การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งแบบภายในและไปยังผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สามและตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาตของเรานั้นจะทำก็ต่อเมื่อจำเป็นต้องทราบเท่านั้น

อย่างไรก็ตาม ท่านควรทราบว่าไม่มีวิธีการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ตหรือวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ใดที่ปลอดภัยโดยสมบูรณ์ แม้ว่าเราจะไม่สามารถรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้ เราจะพยายามคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลของท่าน รวมทั้งจะตรวจสอบและพัฒนามาตรการความปลอดภัยทางข้อมูลของเราอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจะถูกเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมที่กลุ่มบริษัท MATCHBOX Exchange เห็นว่าเหมาะสมสำหรับจุดประสงค์ของเราที่ระบุอยู่ในเอกสารนี้ และจะถูกลบทิ้งเมื่อครบกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว ยกเว้นจะได้รับอนุญาตหรือต้องทำตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ เมื่อข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านไม่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดหาข้อมูลนั้นแล้ว เราจะดำเนินตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมเพื่อทำลายหรือลบการระบุตัวตนของข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านไปอย่างถาวร (ยกเว้นกฎหมายกำหนดหรืออนุญาตให้เราเก็บรักษาไว้ได้)

สิทธิ์และทางเลือกของท่านเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน รวมทั้งการเข้าถึง
ท่านมีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่เราเก็บไว้เกี่ยวกับตัวท่านได้ และแจ้งให้เราแก้ไขและ/หรือปรับเปลี่ยนได้ถ้ามีข้อผิดพลาดหรือไม่ทันสมัย หรือลบข้อมูลดังกล่าว เว้นแต่ในบางกรณีเพื่อปกป้องผลประโยชน์ของสาธารณะ (เช่น การป้องกันหรือตรวจจับอาชญากรรม) ผลประโยชน์ของเรา (เช่น การรักษาสิทธิ์ทางกฎหมาย) หรือเหตุผลทางเทคนิค ถ้าท่านต้องการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน กรุณาติดต่อเราตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง

เราจะพยายามจัดหาข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดของท่าน รวมทั้งแก้ไขหรือลบข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านเมื่อได้รับคำขอจากท่าน เราอาจจะเรียกเก็บเงินค่าบริหารจัดการหากท่านต้องการสำเนาของข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน

เพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน เราอาจจะร้องขอหลักฐานระบุตัวตนของท่านก่อนที่จะเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่ท่านร้องขอ และจะดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านหรือให้ท่านใช้สิทธิ์เหล่านี้ของท่านเกือบทุกกรณีในเวลาที่เหมาะสม

การรักษาคุณภาพข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน
เป็นเรื่องสำคัญสำหรับเราที่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจะต้องใหม่ล่าสุด เราจะดำเนินขั้นตอนตามสมควรเพื่อยืนยันว่าข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านจะมีความแม่นยำ ครบถ้วน และใหม่ล่าสุด ถ้าท่านพบว่าข้อมูลที่เรามีนั้นไม่ล่าสุดหรือไม่ถูกต้อง กรุณาติดต่อเราโดยเร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้เพื่อให้เราแก้ไขบันทึกของเรา และเพื่อให้เราสามารถให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพแก่ท่านได้ต่อไป

ท่านมีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกความยินยอมของท่านที่ให้เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านเมื่อใดก็ได้ที่ท่านต้องการ ยกเว้นในกรณีที่การยกเลิกความยินยอมของท่านนั้นถูกห้ามไว้ตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การปรับแก้ไขนโยบาย
นโยบายฉบับนี้อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เป็นระยะๆและจะประกาศไว้บนเว็บไซต์ของเรา หากท่านยังคงใช้งานเว็บไซต์ เว็บแอปพลิเคชัน และบริการของเราหลังจากเราแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้ให้ท่านทราบ ก็เท่ากับว่าท่านยอมรับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับแก้ไขดังกล่าวแล้ว

Thông tin Cá nhân là gì và chúng tôi thu thập nó như thế nào?
Thông tin Cá nhân là thông tin hoặc ý kiến ​​về một cá nhân có thể nhận dạng. Các ví dụ về Thông tin Cá nhân chúng tôi thu thập bao gồm: họ tên, tên người dùng, chức danh công việc, cách thức sử dụng các hệ thống mà chúng tôi quản lý, địa chỉ, địa chỉ thư điện tử và số điện thoại.

Thông tin Cá nhân này được thu thập bằng nhiều cách bao gồm phỏng vấn, thư từ, qua điện thoại và thư điện tử, qua trang thông tin điện tử và ứng dụng trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi, từ phương tiện truyền thông và ấn phẩm, từ các nguồn công khai khác, từ cookies và từ bên thứ ba. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm cho các liên kết trang thông tin điện tử hoặc chính sách của các bên thứ ba được ủy quyền.

Chúng tôi thu thập và/hoặc xử lý Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách ở cả định dạng điện tử hoặc định dạng khác mà được tập đoàn MATCHBOX Exchange và các bên thứ ba được ủy quyền của tập đoàn xem là thích hợp cho mục đích chính là cung cấp các dịch vụ của chúng tôi cho quý khách và cho các khách hàng của chúng tôi, cung cấp thông tin cho các khách hàng, nhà cung cấp và các bên trung gian của chúng tôi trong quá trình vận hành các dịch vụ của chúng tôi, và để tiếp thị. Quý khách tại đây đồng ý rằng chúng tôi cũng có thể xử lý và/hoặc sử dụng Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách cho các mục đích phụ liên quan chặt chẽ đến mục đích chính, trong các trường hợp mà quý khách cần dự kiến một cách hợp lý việc sử dụng hoặc tiết lộ đó. Trước khi chúng tôi thu thập và/hoặc xử lý Thông tin Cá nhân, chúng tôi sẽ giải thích cho quý khách thông tin nào sẽ được thu thập, thông tin sẽ được xử lý ở đâu, tại sao chúng tôi thu thập thông tin và cách chúng tôi xử lý và/hoặc lên kế hoạch sử dụng thông tin và chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho quý khách về các quyền của quý khách liên quan đến việc chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và tiết lộ Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách và thời gian chúng tôi lưu giữ Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách. Nếu quý khách là nhân viên hoặc người đại diện của một trong những khách hàng hoặc nhà cung cấp hiện tại hoặc tiềm năng của chúng tôi, chúng tôi thường sẽ chỉ thu thập bất kỳ Thông tin Cá nhân nào do quý khách hoặc người sử dụng lao động của quý khách cung cấp cho chúng tôi trong quá trình giao dịch với chúng tôi, và chỉ sử dụng Thông tin Cá nhân cho mục đích của những giao dịch đó.

Sử dụng trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi
Khi quý khách ghé thăm trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi và các nền tảng và hệ thống được truy cập thông qua trang thông tin điện tử đó, chúng tôi có thể tự động thu thập thông tin về quý khách, bao gồm thông tin truy cập, địa chỉ IP, số liệu thống kê web và các thông tin khác cần thiết để đảm bảo trang thông tin điện tử và các hệ thống hoạt động một cách phù hợp.

Khi quý khách ghé thăm trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi, máy chủ có thể gắn “cookie” vào bộ nhớ máy tính của quý khách. “Cookie” hỗ trợ chúng tôi lưu trữ thông tin về cách các khách ghé thăm trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi sử dụng trang thông tin điện tử và đưa ra giả định về thông tin nào có thể khiến quý khách quan tâm nhất. Cookie và dữ liệu đi kèm với cookie thường không bao gồm thông tin định danh cá nhân, nhưng chúng có thể được sử dụng, lưu giữ và phân tích trong các hệ thống công nghệ thông tin (CNTT) của chúng tôi và bởi những nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ web cho các máy chủ và mạng lưới của chúng tôi. Nếu Thông tin Cá nhân sẽ được thu thập trong các quy trình đó thì Thông tin Cá nhân sẽ được xử lý theo Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này. Máy tính, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ lưu trữ web cho máy chủ hoặc dịch vụ CNTT của quý khách có thể cho phép quý khách thiết lập cấu hình sử dụng web và tiểu sử sơ lược của mình để quản lý thông tin nào được ghi lại khi sử dụng trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi.

Thu thập từ Bên Thứ ba
Nếu hợp lý và khả thi, chúng tôi sẽ chỉ thu thập Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách từ quý khách. Nếu quý khách cung cấp cho chúng tôi Thông tin Cá nhân của bất kỳ người nào khác, quý khách xác nhận rằng quý khách đã thông báo cho người đó về các mục đích mà vì thế quý khách cung cấp cho chúng tôi Thông tin Cá nhân của người đó và quý khách đã được người đó chấp thuận cho phép cung cấp Thông tin Cá nhân đó cho chúng tôi. Nếu chúng tôi thu thập Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách từ nguồn bên thứ ba mà chưa được quý khách chấp thuận, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho quý khách về tên và các thông tin khác của nguồn bên thứ ba đó.

Tiết lộ Thông tin Cá nhân
Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách có thể được tiết lộ trong một số trường hợp bao gồm:

  • Cho các bên liên quan, nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và nhà cung cấp mà chúng tôi sử dụng để hỗ trợ các hoạt động kinh doanh của chúng tôi;
  • Cho các khách hàng và bên trung gian khác của chúng tôi mà có thể cần phải giao dịch với quý khách cho những mục đích phù hợp với công việc kinh doanh của chúng tôi;
  • Trường hợp quý khách đồng ý cho sử dụng hoặc tiết lộ; và
  • Trường hợp được pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc cho phép.

Ngoài việc này, chúng tôi không mua bán, trao đổi, hoặc chuyển nhượng Thông tin Cá nhân.

Tiết lộ và/hoặc chuyển giao bên ngoài vùng tài phán nơi quý khách cư trú
Thông tin cá nhân của quý khách không được cung cấp cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào ngoài tập đoàn MATCHBOX Exchange, ngoại trừ các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ được ủy quyền cần xử lý thông tin đó để cung cấp những dịch vụ được giao phó hoặc cho các bên thứ ba khác được cho phép hoặc theo yêu cầu của Pháp luật Áp dụng hoặc quyết định của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

Chúng tôi có các hoạt động kinh doanh tại Úc, Xinh-ga-po, Niu Dilân và các quốc gia khác, và là một doanh nghiệp hậu cần vận tải toàn cầu, chúng tôi thường xuyên giao dịch với các khách hàng, bên trung gian và nhà cung cấp trên toàn thế giới. Chúng tôi trao đổi thông tin bao gồm cả Thông tin Cá nhân với các thực thể đó cho những mục đích được nêu trong Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này. Chúng tôi sẽ nỗ lực hợp lý để yêu cầu người nhận Thông tin Cá nhân phải tuân thủ cùng các tiêu chuẩn được quy định trong Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này và Pháp luật Áp dụng để mang lại cho quý khách một tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ mà cung cấp sự bảo vệ thích đáng cho Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách và ít nhất có thể sánh được với biện pháp bảo vệ của vùng tài phán nơi quý khách cư trú, ngoại trừ một số chuyển giao được Pháp luật Áp dụng cho phép hoặc yêu cầu.

Quy định Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Chung của Liên minh châu Âu
Nếu quý khách là công dân của một quốc gia thuộc Liên minh châu Âu (European Union – EU) hoặc chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân về quý khách từ một nguồn ở EU, chúng tôi đặt mục tiêu cung cấp các tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ quyền riêng tư theo yêu cầu của Quy định Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Chung (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) của EU từ ngày 25 tháng 5 năm 2018. Ngoài ra, các tổ chức có trụ sở tại EU chia sẻ dữ liệu chủ thể thông tin cá nhân với chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu chúng tôi đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn theo GDPR. Các cam kết của chúng tôi trong Chính sách này thường phù hợp với các yêu cầu được GDPR áp dụng đối với Người kiểm soát dữ liệu của chủ thể thông tin cá nhân, và khi được yêu cầu, chúng tôi sẽ đáp ứng đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ theo GDPR. Lưu trữ và bảo vệ Thông tin Cá nhân
Vì MATCHBOX Exchange dựa vào hệ thống xử lý dữ liệu trong toàn tập đoàn để xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan đến các nhân viên, nhà thầu, đại lý, khách hàng, nhà cung cấp của mình; thông tin cá nhân của quý khách có thể, trong bối cảnh của các mục đích xử lý dữ liệu được đề cập ở trên, cũng được lưu trữ tại và chuyển đến các địa điểm ở nước ngoài của tập đoàn MATCHBOX Exchange và của các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cho tập đoàn, nếu cần.

Để bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của quý khách tránh khỏi việc bị truy cập, thu thập, sử dụng, tiết lộ, sao chép, sửa đổi, xóa bỏ trái phép hoặc các rủi ro tương tự, chúng tôi đã đưa vào áp dụng các biện pháp quản trị, vật lý và kỹ thuật cần thiết và thích hợp như bảo vệ chống vi rút cập nhật, mã hóa và sử dụng các bộ lọc quyền riêng tư để bảo mật tất cả các quá trình lưu trữ và truyền đưa dữ liệu cá nhân của chúng tôi, và chỉ tiết lộ dữ liệu cá nhân cả trong nội bộ và cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và đại lý bên thứ ba được ủy quyền của chúng tôi trên cơ sở cần biết.

Tuy nhiên, quý khách cần lưu ý rằng không có phương thức truyền đưa qua internet hoặc phương thức lưu trữ bằng thiết bị điện tử nào có thể bảo mật tuyệt đối. Mặc dù không thể đảm bảo bảo mật tuyệt đối, chúng tôi cố gắng bảo vệ an toàn thông tin của quý khách cũng như không ngừng rà soát và tăng cường các biện pháp bảo vệ an toàn thông tin của chúng tôi.

Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách sẽ được lưu giữ trong một khoảng thời gian thích hợp mà tập đoàn MATCHBOX Exchange cho là phù hợp với những mục đích của chúng tôi được nêu trong Chính sách này và sẽ bị xóa bỏ khi hết thời hạn nói trên, trừ khi Pháp luật Áp dụng cho phép hoặc có yêu cầu khác. Khi Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách không còn cần thiết cho mục đích thu thập, chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện các bước hợp lý để tiêu hủy hoặc làm cho Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách trở nên không nhận dạng được cá nhân một cách vĩnh viễn (trừ khi chúng tôi được pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc cho phép giữ lại).

 

Quyền và lựa chọn của quý khách liên quan đến, và quyền truy cập vào Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách
Quý khách có thể truy cập Thông tin Cá nhân mà chúng tôi lưu giữ về quý khách và yêu cầu chúng tôi cập nhật và/hoặc sửa chữa nếu thông tin này sai hoặc lỗi thời, hoặc xóa bỏ, ngoài trừ các trường hợp ngoại lệ nhất định để bảo vệ lợi ích công cộng (ví dụ: phòng ngừa hoặc phát hiện tội phạm), các lợi ích của chúng tôi (ví dụ: duy trì đặc quyền pháp lý) hoặc những lý do kỹ thuật. Nếu quý khách muốn truy cập Thông tin Cá nhân của mình, xin vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi theo thông tin dưới đây.

Chúng tôi sẽ cố gắng cung cấp danh sách đầy đủ Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách, sửa chữa hoặc xóa bỏ Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách khi nhận được yêu cầu của quý khách. Chúng tôi có thể tính phí quản lý để cung cấp bản sao Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách.

Để bảo vệ Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách, chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu quý khách xác minh danh tính trước khi tiết lộ thông tin được yêu cầu và sẽ thực hiện yêu cầu của quý khách hoặc cho phép quý khách thực hiện bất kỳ quyền nào trong số những quyền này một cách kịp thời trong hầu hết các trường hợp.

Duy trì Chất lượng Thông tin Cá nhân của Quý khách
Việc Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách được cập nhật rất quan trọng với chúng tôi. Chúng tôi sẽ thực hiện những bước hợp lý để đảm bảo rằng Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách là chính xác, đầy đủ và cập nhật. Nếu quý khách thấy rằng thông tin chúng tôi có không cập nhật hoặc không chính xác, xin vui lòng thông báo cho chúng tôi càng sớm càng tốt để chúng tôi có thể cập nhật hồ sơ của mình và đảm bảo chúng tôi có thể tiếp tục cung cấp các dịch vụ chất lượng cho quý khách.

Quý khách có thể rút lại sự đồng ý của mình cho phép chúng tôi giữ lại Thông tin Cá nhân của quý khách bất cứ lúc nào quý khách muốn, chỉ ngoại trừ trong trường hợp việc rút lại sự đồng ý bị Pháp luật Áp dụng hạn chế.

Cập nhật Chính sách
Chính sách này có thể thay đổi tùy từng thời điểm và được cung cấp trên trang thông tin điện tử của chúng tôi. Việc quý khách tiếp tục sử dụng trang thông tin điện tử, ứng dụng trang thông tin điện tử, và các dịch vụ của chúng tôi sau khi bất kỳ thay đổi nào như vậy được thông báo cho quý khách cấu thành sự đồng ý của quý khách đối với Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này như được sửa đổi.

Apa yang dimaksud dengan Informasi Pribadi dan bagaimana kami mengumpulkannya?
Informasi Pribadi adalah informasi atau pendapat tentang individu yang dapat diidentifikasi. Contoh Informasi Pribadi yang kami kumpulkan meliputi: nama, nama pengguna, jabatan pekerjaan, penggunaan sistem yang kami kelola, alamat, alamat email, dan nomor telepon.

(b) If you do not provide us with the information, we request or if we cannot collect this information from other sources, we may not be able to provide you with our Services.

We may engage third parties to send marketing communications on our behalf.

(c) Processing of your precise location data to provide location-based services.

(d) Processing of your Personal Information on the basis of your consent, which you have given so that we or third parties can enable you to use certain services or make them available to you. You can find information about your right to withdraw your consent below under Section 11 Stopping our use of your Personal Information.

(e) Cookies:
(a) When you visit our Site, the server may attach a “cookie” to your computer’s memory.

(b) A “cookie” assists us to store information about how visitors to our Site use it and to make assumptions about what information may be of most interest to you.

(c) Cookies and the data associated with them do not generally include personal identifiers, but they may be used, stored and analysed in our IT systems and by the hosts for our servers and network. It is possible that Personal Information will be captured in those processes.

(d) Your computer, server host or IT provider may allow you to configure your web usage and profile to manage what information is captured when using our Site.

(e) When we transfer or disclose your Personal Information collected in Australia to outside Australia or collected outside Australia to Australia or our other locations of operation, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the applicable privacy laws in relation to the information and we require them to comply with the same standards set out in this Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

8. Security of Personal Information
(a) We take reasonable steps aimed at ensuring your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure and use technical and organisational security measures for that purpose.

(b) MATCHBOXExchange will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

(c) In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

(d) Access will be provided unless there is a legal or administrative reason for denying or limiting access, as permitted by the applicable privacy law, in which case we will let you know the reason for denial of access.

10. Maintaining the quality of your Personal Information
(a) It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up to date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as
practicable (see Section 12 Privacy Policy Complaints and Enquiries below) so we can update our records as appropriate and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

14. Local Privacy Policy – India
If you are in India, the following additionally applies to you.
(a) In sub-section 1 (a), reference to “MATCHBOX Exchange”, “we”, “our”, “us” will mean MatchBox Container Logistics Private Limited (Corporate Identification Number U72900MP2021FTC056747) of the address 78-A, Parshwanath Nagar Indore Indore MP 452009 India, and/or any other affiliate company actually providing you the relevant Services.

(b) It is generally clarified that “Personal Information” also includes Sensitive Personal Data and/or Information as defined under the SPDI Rules.

(c) In sub-section (a) of Section 5, the indicative list as well as the type of Personal Information, intended to be collected in general, is subject to applicable local laws in India. Specifically, in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India’s Guidelines on Regulation of Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways, we will not be storing your actual credit card information at any time, except (i) in tokenised form; and/or (ii) storage of the last four digits of your credit card number for account reconciliation purposes only. Further, we will not be collecting or storing any Personal Information, that is expressly barred by the operation of any laws or regulations in India.

(d) For sub-section (c) of Section 6, it is clarified that for any Sensitive Personal Information we collect from you, we will seek your consent before collection of such information.

(e) For sub-section (d) of Section 6; it is clarified that the scope of this sub-section will be limited to what is legally permissible in India and necessary for us to provide our Services to you.

(f) For sub-section (f) of Section 6 to the extent reasonably possible, we provide details including the names and addresses of all those entities, with whom your Personal Information may be disclosed, at the following link: Sub-Processors (/PrivacyPolicy/SubProcessors), which we will update from time to time as these change.

(g) The title of Section 7 (“Disclosure and transfers of your Personal Information outside Australia or your location”), shall be deemed be read as “Disclosure and transfer of your Personal Information Outside India or your location”.

(h) Section 7 (a) shall be deemed to have been substituted with the following:
“Some recipients of your Personal Information may be located outside of India in countries where data protection laws may be different than the laws of India. Notwithstanding anything, we will not disclose or transfer your Sensitive Personal information to any such recipients or
offices situated in a country outside India, that do not maintain the same level of data protection as mandated in India, or to which you’ve not consented.”

(i) For sub-clause (b) of Section 9, it is clarified that we will levy no administrative or other charges for you to access or request a copy of your

(j) Under Section 11, you may exercise your right to withdraw your consent to our collection of any or all of your personal information at any
